We’ve been curiously watching our ladybugs and butterflies display part of their metamorphosis cycle. It’s amazing! We’ll let our insect friends fly away in the backyard in the next week or so.
Curriculum Corner:
In May we will be studying more about insects, amending our garden soil, planting our seeds and veggie starts, and appreciating our mom’s. We’ll also be studying the continent South America and celebrate Cinco de Mayo. Our letters for the month will be Vv, Xx, Yy, and Zz. Yay, we finished learning the alphabet! Our numbers will be 18, 19, and 20. This month’s shape is square, and our color is blue.

- Your child’s summer schedule will begin June 16th. Your child’s summer schedule was attached to April’s newsletter. If you need another copy let me know.
- Let me know where your child will be attending kindergarten and when their 1st day of school will be.
